Delivery
Delivery with DHL
(1) Following conclusion of the contract, Juno & Me GmbH delivers with DHL as quickly as possible. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days within Germany, 2 to 4 working days to Austria, the Netherlands and other EU countries, and 4 to 6 working days to Switzerland.
(2) Juno & Me GmbH reserves the right to make partial deliveries. If the goods ordered by the customer are not available due to circumstances for which Juno & Me GmbH is not responsible, in particular late delivery by our contractual partner(s) or force majeure, Juno & Me GmbH will inform the customer without delay. If such a delay in delivery for which Juno & Me GmbH is not responsible lasts three months or longer, Juno & Me GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and not to deliver the ordered goods if they are unavailable. If the purchase price has already been paid, it will of course be refunded without delay.
(3) When accepting deliveries from the carrier, please make sure that the parcels have not been opened, damaged or otherwise tampered with. If they have, this should be recorded in writing on the carrier's delivery record. If prior opening, damage or other tampering with the parcel is only discovered after handover, the customer should complain to the carrier concerned without delay. The customer's statutory rights remain unaffected even if no complaint is made to the carrier.
Terms of payment and shipping costs
(1) There is no minimum order value. Free products can only be ordered together with paid products.
(2) The flat shipping rate for deliveries within Germany and to Austria is EUR 4.95. For shipping to the Netherlands and other EU countries it is EUR 6.90. For shipping to Switzerland it is CHF 7.00.
(3) Delivery within Germany is free of charge from a basket value of EUR 47.00, to Austria from a basket value of EUR 55.00, and to the Netherlands and other EU countries from a basket value of EUR 60.00. Shipping to Switzerland is free of charge from a basket value of CHF 65.00. Please note that in the event of a return, the customer bears the cost of the return shipment. To make the return process easier, please contact our customer service and tell us about the return before sending it.

(4) Payment is made using one of the payment methods offered at checkout, for example PayPal. For technical reasons, Juno & Me GmbH reserves the right to disable individual payment methods temporarily or to discontinue them.
Cash on delivery is not available.
(5) All prices within Germany and Austria are final prices in EUR including the applicable VAT. In Switzerland, prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices at the time of ordering apply. The payment amount shown on the invoice must be paid to Juno & Me GmbH in full, regardless of the payment method. Juno & Me GmbH does not accept deductions for transaction fees and the like, for example those incurred when paying through international banks.
