Use the scrub 1-3 times a week in the shower or bath in preparation for body shaving. Apply the scrub in circular movements and with a little water to the desired areas of the body to thoroughly cleanse the skin. If necessary, leave the scrub on for a few minutes to intensify the exfoliating effect and use the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub as a cleansing mask for impurities on the body. Then rinse off with warm water.
Use at least SPF 30 if you go out in the sun after exfoliating. Avoid exfoliating immediately before and after intensive sunbathing, as the skin can become too irritated.

How does a chemical peel differ from a mechanical peel?
Mechanical peels usually contain fine granules made from various raw materials, such as fruit seeds, salts or bamboo granules, which are rubbed onto the skin during application to create an exfoliating effect. Chemical peels, on the other hand, use different acids (AHA, BHA & PHA) and can therefore penetrate deeper into the skin to remove dead cells. The 2in1 AHA Body Scrub contains fine exfoliating particles made from natural volcanic rock as well as two different AHA acids, which also remove dead skin cells.
Tip: If you leave the scrub on and use it as a body mask, the AHA acids can penetrate deeper into the skin layers and thus develop their full effect.
Does the scrub and AHA acids make the skin thinner and more vulnerable?
No, on the contrary: your skin is actually strengthened as the production of the skin's own components is stimulated. With regular use, only the horny layer (top layer of skin) becomes thinner. However, this process is important for the skin, as over time your top layer of skin becomes thicker and keratinised. This makes it increasingly difficult for nourishing substances to penetrate. In addition, calluses and clogged pores make your skin look tired and dull and ingrown hairs and blemishes occur more frequently. You can counteract this effect with the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub.
Can I lose my tan by using the scrub?
As your tan is located in the deeper layers of the skin, it is not affected by a superficial exfoliation. On the contrary, your tanned skin will look even better. This is because the scrub removes horny cells that make your skin look tired and dull. This makes your skin appear more even and gives it a great glow.
The situation is different when using a self-tanner. This type of tan sits on the upper layer of the skin and is increasingly removed by exfoliation. But here too, it is important to exfoliate again and again and apply fresh self-tanner if necessary so that the pores do not become clogged and the skin appears dull. Use the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub approx. 1 day before self-tanning to achieve an even and radiant result.
How does the subscription work?
With our Me-Time subscription, your favourite products are delivered to your home automatically, without you having to think about it.
You choose your preferred interval (30, 60 or 90 days) and your favourite products are delivered automatically at the time you selected. Before every payment we send you a reminder email.
How much discount do I get?
Your saving depends on the delivery interval you choose: every 30 days you save 15%, every 60 days 12% and every 90 days 10%. The discount applies permanently to every subscription delivery.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Because you benefit permanently from our reduced subscription prices, there is a minimum term of two delivery intervals. After the second delivery you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription yourself at any time.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription yourself, using the personal link in every reminder and order confirmation email, and in your customer portal. There you can update your payment details, change your delivery address, adjust the delivery interval, skip or bring forward the next delivery, and pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once the minimum term (two deliveries) has ended, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Open the link to your customer portal, select the subscription and click “Cancel subscription”. Your cancellation takes effect immediately, with no further payment and no further delivery.
Can I skip or postpone a single delivery?
Yes. If you don't need your next delivery, you can easily skip it or move it to another date in your customer portal. The delivery after that then follows on your regular date.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time, for as long as you like. As soon as you are ready to continue, simply reactivate it in your customer portal.
How do I change my payment details?
In your customer portal you can update your saved details under “Payment methods” at any time. It is best to do this in good time before the next payment so that everything runs smoothly.
What happens if a product in my subscription is sold out?
No need to worry, your order stays reserved for you. As soon as the product is available again, your delivery goes out automatically. If there is a longer wait, we will of course keep you updated by email.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment does not go through (for example because your card has expired), we will let you know by email and give you the chance to update your payment details. Only then do we continue your delivery.

The standard delivery time to Switzerland is 4-6 business days. Any potential changes can be found at the top of this page.
For orders to Switzerland, shipping is free for orders over CHF 65.00. Below that, the shipping cost is CHF 8.00. All orders are already customs-cleared.
