How does the Clarifying Body Wash help with spots on the body?
The shower gel with AHA and BHA cleanses the pores, removes dead skin cells and supports skin renewal. It works deep into the skin against blackheads and spots. After use, the skin feels smooth and fresh.
Which ingredients work against body blemishes?
Zinc PCA and niacinamide regulate sebum production and fight acne bacteria. Panthenol and allantoin soothe the skin and provide moisture. This combination helps prevent new blemishes.
Which areas of the body is the shower gel suitable for?
For the bum, back, décolleté, shoulders, upper arms and thighs. In other words, wherever spots, blackheads or rough skin appear. The body wash is not developed for the face. Find out more in our guide Spots on the body.
How often and how do I use the body wash?
Daily in the shower. Lather the shower gel with warm water, cleanse the affected areas and rinse off. During the day, protect the treated areas with at least SPF 30, because AHA and BHA make the skin more sensitive to light.
When will I see first results?
With regular use, clearly visible results appear after 30 days. New body acne is reduced by more than 60 per cent. Skin renews itself in cycles of about four weeks, so patience pays off.
Is the shower gel suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Dermatest rated the body wash „sehr gut“ in 2024. The formula is gentle on the skin and contains soothing ingredients such as panthenol and allantoin. It cleanses without drying out the skin.
Body wash, duo or trio: which suits me?
The body wash on its own is your daily cleanser. The Clarifying Body Duo adds the Clarifying Body Lotion and costs 39 euros instead of 53 euros when bought separately. The Clarifying Body Trio adds the 2in1 AHA Body Scrub to the duo for rough skin, razor bumps and ingrown hairs. It costs 49 euros instead of 72 euros.
Can I use the body wash during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Pregnant and breastfeeding women were not included in the studies. Please talk to your doctor or midwife before use.
Is the body wash vegan and where is it made?
Yes, the Clarifying Body Wash is vegan and made in Germany. One bottle contains 150 ml.
How does the subscription work?
With our Me-Time subscription, your favourite products are delivered to your home automatically, without you having to think about it.
You choose your preferred interval (30, 60 or 90 days) and your favourite products are delivered automatically at the time you selected. Before every payment we send you a reminder email.
How much discount do I get?
Your saving depends on the delivery interval you choose: every 30 days you save 15%, every 60 days 12% and every 90 days 10%. The discount applies permanently to every subscription delivery.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes. Because you benefit permanently from our reduced subscription prices, there is a minimum term of two delivery intervals. After the second delivery you can cancel, pause or adjust your subscription yourself at any time.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription yourself, using the personal link in every reminder and order confirmation email, and in your customer portal. There you can update your payment details, change your delivery address, adjust the delivery interval, skip or bring forward the next delivery, and pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once the minimum term (two deliveries) has ended, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Open the link to your customer portal, select the subscription and click “Cancel subscription”. Your cancellation takes effect immediately, with no further payment and no further delivery.
Can I skip or postpone a single delivery?
Yes. If you don't need your next delivery, you can easily skip it or move it to another date in your customer portal. The delivery after that then follows on your regular date.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time, for as long as you like. As soon as you are ready to continue, simply reactivate it in your customer portal.
How do I change my payment details?
In your customer portal you can update your saved details under “Payment methods” at any time. It is best to do this in good time before the next payment so that everything runs smoothly.
What happens if a product in my subscription is sold out?
No need to worry, your order stays reserved for you. As soon as the product is available again, your delivery goes out automatically. If there is a longer wait, we will of course keep you updated by email.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment does not go through (for example because your card has expired), we will let you know by email and give you the chance to update your payment details. Only then do we continue your delivery.

delivery time and shipping costs
The usual delivery time is 1-3 working days within Germany. To Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands it is 4-6 working days. You can find any changes at the top of this page.
Shipping is completely free for orders over €47 (DEU, AT and NED). For orders under this amount, the shipping cost is €4.90.
For orders to Switzerland, shipping is free for you from CHF 65.00 . For orders below this amount, shipping costs are CHF 8.00. All orders are already cleared through customs.
